Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Poline Children's Shoes, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple return and exchange policy.

I made an online order and would like to make a change, what should I do?

You can make your changes or returns within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order .

The possible ways to change are as follows:

Free exchange of your items in a physical Poline Children's Shoes store (See the stores HERE ).

Exchange your items at the headquarters of the Poline Children's Shoes e-shop ( Grig. Lambraki 13, Glyfada - P.O. 16674 ).

There is no Poline store near me. Can I make the change through the e-shop, and what is the process?

Naturally. Just be aware that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for product exchanges/returns. In the case of changes/returns, shipping costs are not refunded. For the cases of free shipments, the amount of €5.00 is withheld for shipments within Greece and €20.00 for shipments abroad, in order to cover the shipping costs.

Login to your account or click HERE

Go to your orders and the product you want to return will say "PRODUCT RETURN" at the top right

Select the product you want to return and the reason and press SEND REQUEST

In the event of a change, call us (2108983744) to let us know what you will replace your old one with. We suggest that you first find the replacement for your order on our site

Once your request is accepted we will send you the return label to your email.

In the event of a change we will immediately send the replacement as soon as we receive the return.

Return/exchange will ONLY be done through BoxNow.

Do I have to pack the products I am returning?

A simple carrying bag will do. Standard packaging is necessary to ensure the safe return of the items back to our facilities but also to prevent the packaging from being damaged. Damaged product packaging will NOT be accepted

Do I need to include anything else in my package besides the products I am returning?

To make your exchange or return we will need some proof of purchase (receipt of purchase or exchange card).

How will I receive the money from a final product return?

Refunds are made immediately by us once the returned items are received and inspected. In order for a return or exchange to be accepted, all products must be in perfect condition with their existing tags and original packaging intact. They should also be accompanied by all documents (receipt / invoice or any promotional material, etc.). Refunds are made to the original credit card or Paypal or Klarna account used for the order. The processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card.
