The time of execution of the order and the time of receipt of the parcel

We usually prepare and ship orders within 24 hours. In case of online payment, the order execution time is extended until the amount is credited to our account. For each stage of order execution we inform you via email. The status of the order can be checked by logging into your personal account. In individual cases, the duration of order execution can be extended to 14 days – we inform you immediately by phone or e-mail about such a delay. Delivery takes 3-6 working days from the moment the package is sent from our headquarters.
